IT Desktop Technical Support

I got my first TRS-80 Color Computer 3 when I was 13 years old. That was back when PCs had cartridges for software and tapes saved programs you coded in Microsoft Basic.

My first PC was a 486SX Tandy Sensation with a 1x CD-ROM, MS-DOS, and Windows 3.1. That was when modems were 2400 baud and it took 30 minutes to download one picture! During this time, I learned MS-DOS and watched Windows mature.

Bulletin board systems disappeared and the internet emerged and I learned every software application I could get my hands on. I helped friends, family members, and co-workers get back their sanity.

In 2005 I started working for Dell and became Dell certified at troubleshooting with corporate and consumer support customers. My focus has always been at getting the customers' issues resolved. I know first hand what the business man or woman is going through when they can't get their e-mail on their Blackberry. I know how to explain to a 70 year old woman how to reload Windows. I've seen people beyond frustration going from yelling and screaming to calling me a genius and thanking me for my time. I know what it takes to survive in the IT world and what companies are looking for: great people who can exceed their expectation despite all costs, frustrations, and set backs that might occur during the work day. They must absolutely know for sure that the person they are hiring has the knoweldge, experience, dedication, and background to commit to their needs and be successful.
